Gastric Ulceration in swine occurs when an area in the stomach lining becomes roughened and eventually erodes. Ulcers are an extremely common secondary complication of any disease or condition that causes swine to go off feed partially or completely. As a preventative measure Show Dirt should be used daily through the water or on top of feed. However, if your pig has already developed an ulcer(s) you will need REHAB to remedy it. Rehab has 3 essential components (1) will make eating less painful which will increase consumption of the primarily high fiber diet (2) soothe the effected stomach lining to start the natural healing process and (3) will reintroduce the good microbes the keep the GI tract healthy long term.
